Mr. Anand Chandrani is one of the founder trustee and the project Director. He has an experience of 9 years in the field of HIV/AIDS. Nagpur Municipal Corporation honored him for running best HIV/AIDS project in Nagpur. In addition, the "Red FM" honored him with the title of "Bade Dil Wala" for his dedication towards the community and fighting to eradicate the Stigma and discrimination among the sexually diversified community and their human rights |

Mr. Rajeev Rathi Mr. Rajeev Rathi is the Trustee who supported when there was no one ready to come forward and provide third name for an organization. He also gives his initial participation in the various advocacy and networking events. His presence is always been supportive and stimulating. He is the backbone of the organization. |

Mr. Nikunj Joshi CEO:- Project Manager and the CEO of the Sarathi Trust associated with the organization since 2006. He started working with Sarathi as volunteer, which later on gradually promoted him to the position of CEO. With Inflexibility and hard working, he successfully transited the Project "TARANG" from Avert Society, MUMBAI to Maharashtra AIDS Control Society. Because of his passion, Teamwork, and good Leadership, Project has selected as best MSM/TG Project in Maharashtra state amongst all Targeted Intervention Projects.

Mr. Amit Nagrare started his carrier as Peer Educator in the TI project funded by Avert Society. His good communication skills and hard working ability promoted him as a Shadow Project Manager and later on as counselor. Family Planning Association on comprehensive Sexuality Education has trained him. A diploma holder in interior design, he conducted the Social Entitlement camp on Aadhaar Card, election card and Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Yojna for the Transgender with the support of District program officer, MSACS and Tahsildar of Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Yojna. |

Mr. Umesh Jalgaonkar associated with the Organization since the initial stage. He worked with the "Sambodhi Research Company", Pune as a state supervisor for MSM (Men Having Sex with Men), Soon he return to Nagpur and started working with the organization, where he attend the trainings on HIV/AIDS, Peer Educator Developing, capacity building, and condom Promotions. He also put his initiative participation in the various street plays to mobilize the community about the HIV/AIDS. Meanwhile he went to Mumbai and work with "Humsafar Trust, Mumbai" where he worked as an Outreach worker and counselor. Returned to the city and at present he is an Administrative officer of the Organization due to the ability of management and the teamwork. |

Avi Ganvir is the Counselor of the Pehchan Project and the Public Relationship Officer of the Sarathi Trust. She attended Training on comprehensive Sexuality Education organized by the Family planning Association, with the ability of her good communication, she help the trust to link with the various stake holders in the city. |

The Young and talented, Mr. Akash Nikode started his carrier with the Sarathi Trust as Peer Educator and due to the ability to learn and commitment he reached the position of the finance office of the organization. |

Mr. Kunal Maind is an advocacy officer of the organization, due to his effort, innovative ideas and planning, Sarathi has successfully organized the various advocacy meetings with other NGOs, Health sectors, legal sectors like lawyers, judges, police, etc. He is also the project manager of Pehchan project funded by Humsafar Trust, Mumbai and Alliance India, New Delhi. |

Mr. Giri associated with the organization since 2011, where he started working as a Monitoring and evaluation officer. His support in the evaluation of the Tarang project helped the transaction from Avert society to the Maharashtra AIDS Control Society, Mumbai. Today he is on the position of the Technical Officer of the organization. |
